【摘要】 目的　探讨沟槽式精密附着体在倾斜基牙固定义齿修复中的应用效果。方法　对2 8例2 5°～38°倾斜基牙采用沟槽式精密附着体固定义齿修复,观察修复体与基牙的密合度、桥体的稳定性、咀嚼功能的恢复、牙周组织的健康情况。结果　沟槽式精密附着体的应用可以减少牙体组织磨除,调节就位道,解决倾斜基牙共同就位的难题,为临床工作带来极大的便利。结论　应用沟槽式精密附着体是临床倾斜基牙固定义齿修复的良好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the utilization of Preci-mortixN in fixed partial denture for tilt-abutments. Methods 28 cases with 25°-38° tilt-abutments were restored by Preci-mortixN. The fitness the stabilization and function of the bridge and the periodontal condition of abutment were observed. Results Preci-morixN can solve the problem of no common path of insertion in tilt-abutment restoration. Conclusion The Preci-mortixN supplies good solution for tilt-abutment restoration.更多还原
