【Abstract】 In the process of rebuilding city village, Zhuhai municipal authority accomplished profitable balance between government management, market utility and mass benefit by way of policies innovation and commutative management, thus obtaining conspicuous result. In recent years, the half of 26 city villages has already been rebuilt inside urban area of Zhuhai, and meanwhile various hard nuts to cracks that perplexing the authority have been dissolved.
