【摘要】 《高等学校哲学社会科学研究学术规范(试行)》(以下简称《学术规范》)等有关学术规范讨论的文件、专著、综合性文集相继出版一年了,但学术失范现象依然严重,高校学术规范建设也不尽如人意。本文认为,学术规范讨论公布文件和出版专著、文集,只是讨论的前期目的,讨论的最终目的是落实学术规范建设,端正学风,使师生在学术活动中自律,增强学术创新。按照《学术规范》要求,结合本校实际制订校内学术规范及其具体实施办法,使学术规范建设落到实处是高校的任务。落实的重点是培养师生学术活动中自律。自律靠教育与训练,可从基础工作做起。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many documents and works concerning the discussion of academic norms like The AcademicNorm for Philosophical、Social and Scientific Research in Institutions of Higher Learning (trial implementation)have been published for one year. But academic abnormality is still a serious phenomenon and the constructionof academic norm in universities and colleges is undesirable. This paper holds that the discussion of academicnorm, publication of documents and collected works are only the early aim, the final aim of discussion is toascertain the construction of academic norm, ensure proper academic atmosphere, make teachers and studentsself-disciplined and strengthen academic innovation. According to the requirement of the Academic Norm andthe reality of our university, the establishment of the academic norm within the university and concreteimplementation methods to put the academic norm into effect are the tasks of the university. Our focus is tocultivate the teachers’ and students’ self-discipline in academic activities. Self-discipline depends on educationand training which can start from basic work.更多还原
