日本金龟臀钩土蜂的生物学特性研究

【摘要】 对日本金龟臀钩土蜂各虫态的形态特征进行了观察,并对其在广州地区的生活史、取食和产卵习性以及温度和寄主龄期对其繁育和存活的影响等进行了研究。结果表明,在20~25℃范围内,随着温度的升高,日本金龟臀钩土蜂的发育历期逐渐缩短,存活率显著增加。其中,在25℃条件下,以铜绿丽金龟二龄幼虫为寄主时,日本金龟臀钩土蜂的发育历期为27.3天,存活率为69.4%;而以铜绿丽金龟三龄幼虫为寄主时发育历期为24.6天,存活率为84.3%,表明铜绿丽金龟三龄幼虫更适合日本金龟臀钩土蜂的发育和存活。

【Abstract】 Tiphia popilliavota is one of the dominant parasitoid of lawny pest,Anomala corpulenta in Guangzhou.The morphological characteristics of Tiphia popilliavota egg,larva,pupa and adult were observed;the life history,the habit of feeding and reproduction,the effect of temperatures and host instars on the development and survivorship of the parasitoid were also studied.Results indicated that the developmental time and survivorship were both increasing while temperature increasing from 20~25℃.At 25℃,the generational developmental time of Tiphia popilliavota were 27.3 d,and the survivorship were 69.4% when parasitizing the second instar larva of Anomala corpulenta;while parasitizing the third instar larva of host,the generational developmental time and survivorship were 24.6 d and 84.3%,respectively,which indicated that the third instar larva of Anomala corpulenta was more suitable than the second for the development and survivorship of Tiphia popilliavota.
