盆栽非洲菊种苗快速繁殖工厂化生产技术
Micropropagation and commercial application for potted Gerbera
【摘要】 通过非洲菊种子无菌播种和茎尖培养、花蕾外植体诱导,建立了盆栽非洲菊再生和快速繁殖体系;并分析了非洲菊盆栽品种的培养特性,建立了种苗工厂化生产技术流程。
【Abstract】 Reproduction and micropropagation system for potted Gerbera were established from seeds, shoot tips as well as the explant of flower bud, and have been successfully applied for commercial production of plantlets. The system and several culture characteristics were studied and described in the paper.
