【Abstract】 This paper generalized the corrent status, the problems of the forest environment in Guangdong province and the ways of its development. Meanwhile, it described the importance of the government macro-adjustment and control, and the forest economy and ecological functions developing corrdinately, The establishment of water-couserved forest and environmental forest in city are also discussed in this paper.
