制动钳内凹槽图像采集系统

【摘要】 开发汽车制动钳内凹槽中异物的检测,是保证汽车制动系统工作安全可靠的重要手段,对于汽车安全行驶具有重要意义。本文介绍一种利用线阵CCD器件进行图像采集,计算机图像显示制动钳内凹槽平面展开图像的方法,该方法采用红外光照明被测物,解决制动钳凹槽内部照明不足的问题,另外采用具有较大容量存储器的A/D数据采集计算机接口卡采集整帧图像,再通过图像处理软件将制动钳内凹槽的扫描图像展开成一幅具有位置坐标的、便于观察的平面图像。检验者通过观测平面图像清楚地观测出制动钳凹槽内是否有异物,以便处理。

【Abstract】 The inspection system of brake shaft was developed, which has magnificent meaning to the reliable running of car and bus. A kind of method to acquire and display the image with CCD was introduced, and mainly the keystone of the instrument and the design of drives and interface. The system has two characters, one was serving the problem of lacking light in the groovy of brake shaft with infrared illumination, the other was acquiring the whole frame of image with MSF at the case of low need of real time and processing the data with software which have transmitted to the computer. Finally, the feasibility of this project is proved by the satisfactory result got from the inspection of the brake shaft.
