【Abstract】 According to the theories of Six-σ management and multiple attribute decision making,a TOPSIS approach is proposed to select the best project in Six-σ management.Based on the features of project selection in Six-σ management,a decision index system is established following the principles of system,feasibility,multi-purposes and pragmatism.This paper presents calculation steps of TOPSIS approach for project selection,and a numerical example is used to illustrate the proposed approach.更多还原
