【摘要】 对现有管理理论及各种管理机制设计理论中对管理机制及其设计问题的研究进行了简评,指出管理机制设计是管理系统设计的组成部分,应将管理机制设计理论纳入管理系统设计理论中研究,这样既有助于管理系统设计理论体系的进一步系统化,又有助于管理机制设计理论的进一步科学化。同时还提出了相关研究的主要内容。更多还原
