【Abstract】 There are 7 basic principles of joint development of urban mass transit(UMT) construction and land use along the lines,related to the sustainable development of a city and the overall planning of its transport construction.According to the construction of Shanghai UMT R3 (TaoPu section), this paper discusses the basic integration of UMT line alternatives and land use along the lines,makes a new approach to the income of land development which will be used as the construction funds for UMT.更多还原
