【Abstract】 It is required that Urban Mass Transit construction shall keep up with the rapid economic development of China today.But how to get enough fund for the construction is a problem for Chinese local governments.PPP,a new project finance method, is an efficient way to solve financial problems, and can improve the operation efficiency of UMT. This paper analyzes the risk of PPP mode in UMT investment,and discusses how the local governments shall improve their financing method.更多还原
