微能源发展概述
Development Summary of Micro Power
【摘要】 产品小型化、微型化、集成化是当今技术发展的大趋势,能源供应已成为制约产品微型化技术发展的瓶颈,其微型化问题受到广泛的重视。结合目前国内外微能源的发展现状,分别介绍了微太阳能电池、同位素微能源和基于卡门涡街的压电微能源等几种典型的微能源,并展望了微能源的发展趋势和应用前景。
【Abstract】 Energy problem,as the bottleneck of the integration,miniaturation and even micromation of modern products,has been widely researched toward a solution of micro power supply with advantages in size,weight and endurance.The state-of-arts of micro power supplies,such as micro solar cell,micro radioisotope battery and piezoelectricity based Karman vortex street micro battery are reported in this paper in terms of working principle,characteristics,feasibility and potential of actual application.Though micro power still suffers from many problems,it has great potential and is one of the most promising technologies in 21st century.
