VSP2000及在线阵CCD测量系统中应用分析
VSP 2000 and the Analysis of the Application in the Linear CCD Measuring-system
【摘要】 介绍了CCD信号处理器V SP2000的内部结构和功能特点,并结合线阵CCD传感器TCD 1209D和ARM微处理器LPC 2106等设计了线阵CCD测量系统,详细叙述了系统的基本原理、线阵CCD驱动脉冲的产生和系统应用程序的设计方法。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the structure and functional characteristics of a CCD signal processor VSP2000.Based on VSP2000,linear CCD sensor TCD1209D,ARM microprocessor LPC2106 and so on,the linear CCD measuring-system is designed.And the system fundamental principle,the generation of driven pulses of CCD and the application program of the system are described in detail.
