模糊控制与图像处理技术实现的聚焦方法

【摘要】 为提高图像测量系统的精度,提出了一种由模糊控制与图像处理技术实现的自动聚焦方法。通过线性拟合与同态滤波滤除噪声后,用改进的梯度平方函数作为聚焦评价函数,提高了聚焦灵敏度;运用模糊控制技术改换搜索方式,实现了实时自适应变步长搜索,保证系统快速准确聚焦。实验结果表明,该聚焦方法具有单峰性,响应快,鲁棒性强,在±100μm范围内自动搜索,定位时间小于2″,聚焦不确定度达±1μm。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the precision of an image measurement system, an automatic focusing method based on fuzzy control and image processing is proposed. After linear and homomorphic filtering and taking the improved gradient square function as auto-focusing function, The focusing sensitivity of the system can be improved. Taking fuzzy control technique for adaptive step length variation in real-time guarantees fast and accurate focusing of the system. Experimental results show that the method has merits of one peak, fast response and strong robustness. For automatic searching in the range of ±100μm, the positioning time is less than 2 seconds and the focusing uncertainty is less than ±1μm.
