循环水泵高、低速运行时机组的经济性比较

【摘要】 在夏季循环水温较高时,若循环水泵以低速低流量运行,则循环水泵在电能消耗降低的同时,汽轮机的真空也会降低。为了判别此时机组的经济性,在循环水泵高、低速两种运行工况下,对循环水泵和汽轮机进行了性能试验并作了定量比较。结论是在循环水温较高的夏季,尽管循环水泵高速运行时效率偏低,增加了厂用电量,却能输送更多的循环冷却水到凝汽器,加大冷却倍率,改善汽轮机真空,提高机组的出力,总体上提高了机组的经济性。

【Abstract】 In summer when the temperature of circulating water is higher,low-speed and low-flow operation of circulating water pumps will lead to less power consumption but lower steam turbine vacuum.To analyze the economic efficiency of turbosets at that time,performance tests of a circulating water pump and a steam turbine set were performed when the pump operated at high speed and low speed.Upon quantitative comparison,it is concluded that in summer when the temperature of circulating water is higher,although the high-speed operation of the circulating water pump results in lower efficiency and more auxiliary power consumption,it can feed more circulating cooling water to the condenser,increase circulating ratio,improve steam turbine vacuum,enhance the output of the set and the economic efficiency on the whole.
