【Abstract】 Following the deepening of electric power structural reform and the capacity raising of China’s west-to-east power transmission project, this paper takes into account the development characteristics and power planning function of southern power grid in China, and analyzes some problems to be emphatically researched in the power planning of the grid from the following sides: power source and grid plan, reactive power plan, power grid short-circuit current level, power grid reliability, research of new techniques to power grid, relevant policy and rules of law.更多还原
