人力资本价值与劳动简化率测度方法研究
On the Measure Method of Manpower Capital and Labor Predigested Rate
【摘要】 从生产函数模型出发,研究与设计人力资本价值和劳动简化率的测度方法,为优化组合劳动力结构及人力资本构成提供一种有效途径。
【Abstract】 Based on preduction function,this thesis studies the measure method of manpower capital and labor predigested rate.It offers a sort of effficiency approach in order to optimize labor force structure and manpower capital structure.
