【Abstract】 The core of Corporation management is to stick up for the profit of partners and create the best value. The value lies on the long-term performance of corporation management. But the key to improve the performance and value for the (manager) is to rearrange and redistribute the internal resources according to the change of external circumstance. In the (paper,) Data Envelopment Analysis is used to evaluate the performance of corporation management on the basis of efficiency views, and the performance evaluation content based on DEA and the framework and process of it are put forward and (analyzed,) for the Corporation to provide the new idea of performance evaluation.更多还原
