【摘要】 以两类公司治理问题为两轴,建立一个平面座标体系,并根据两类公司治理问题的不同搭配,把这一座标体系划分为四个象限,然后利用实证资料,检验中国民营上市公司在座标体系上的分布,这样初步判断出民营上市公司的公司治理状况;进一步分析分布在不同象限公司的公司价值和公司绩效,深入分析公司治理与公司业绩之间的关系,在这一分析过程中以公司规模和管理费用率指标为控制变量,来观察公司的规模和管理特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper tests empirically corporate governance condition of private-listed companies by setting up X-Y axis, where the problems of corporate governance and performance are distributed.
