两种内翅片管对流换热与阻力特性的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON CONVECTIVE HEAT TRANSFER AND PRESSURE DROP OF TWO DIFFERENT INTERNALLY FINNED TUBES
【摘要】 本文通过实验方法研究了当内翅片管几何尺寸及形状基本相同时,在内翅片上增加凸起对其换热和阻力的影响,并拟合出了所测参数范围内换热和阻力的实验关联式,结果表明在翅片管上增加凸起确实有强化换热的作用,同时阻力增加明显。通过对实验管综合性能的比较,发现增加凸起的换热管更适用于压缩机中冷器。
【Abstract】 The influence of forming ridge on heat transfer and pressure drop characteristic of internally longitudinal finned tubes which have the similar geometric size and shape were investigated experimentally. The correlations of friction factor and Nusselt number vs Reynolds number in the experimental range were obtained. It can be found that the ridge has the ability of enhancing heat transfer, however, the pressure drop will be increased simultaneously. By comparing the comprehensive performance of the tested tubes, it can be found that the internally finned tube with ridged-fin meets the requirements of inter-cooler of compressor better.
