温度预应力钢板箍加固RC短柱有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of RC Short Column Strengthened by Prestressed Steel Plate Hoop
【摘要】 本文结合国内外包钢加固方面的研究成果与实践经验,提出利用温度对钢板箍施加预应力以提高RC短柱抗震加固效果的方法。该方法旨在通过箍板降温回缩对加固柱混凝土产生预压应力,使核芯混凝土处于三轴受压状态,从而有效提高混凝土强度和变形能力,同时可有效降低后加部分的应力滞后,提高结合面传力性能。文中利用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立预应力钢板箍加固RC短柱计算模型,对施加和未施加预应力两种情况的构件进行轴压力恒定下的横向力位移非线性全过程分析。通过计算结果对比分析,揭示了通过施加钢板箍预应力加固方案的可行性。在考虑加固构件二次受力基础上,通过改变轴压比、预应力水平,研究预应力技术对短柱抗剪强度及变形能力的影响,以验证理论构想,为后续试验研究提供借鉴
【Abstract】 This paper presented a new strengthen method of RC short column, in which the four external steel plate was prestressed by heating before welded together on the four side of RC column to form a prestressed steel plate hoop and then made the core concrete to be confined. The core concrete was in such a tridimentional compression that the ultimate strength and deformation capacity of concrete were increased and the influence of stress lag was decreased. A computation model of RC short column retrofitted by prestressed steel plate hoop was established based on the known FEM software-ANSYS, and a series of nonlinear analysis was carried out to study the effect of the axial compression ratio and the prestress level on the shear strength and deformation capacity of strengthened short column. The analysis results showed that the prestressed strengthen method was effective and deserved further experiment study.
