掺杂镧铈对纳米二氧化钛薄膜光催化性能的影响

【摘要】 研究采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂稀土元素La和Ce的TiO2薄膜,并以甲基橙为光催化降解反应化合物,进行了光催化实验,考察了掺杂对薄膜光催化性能的影响。结果表明,两种稀土元素中,掺镧的效果好于掺铈。该研究结果为光催化技术的实用化研究提供了可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 In this paper study nanometer TiO2 films doped with rare-earth element La or Ce were prepared by sol-gel process, and photo-catalytic degradation tests were carried out, with methyl orange being the degradation object, to investigate the effect of doping on the photo-catalytic degradation power of the nanometer TiO2 films. The results obtained show that of the two rare-earth elements doped, the effect of La is better than that of Ce. The results of this study have provided a reliable basis for the practical application of this technology.
