微波辐照对磷矿浆吸收SO2的影响

【摘要】 磷矿浆可作为吸收剂进行脱硫,微波处理磷矿粉后可提高脱硫效率,考查了微波辐照前后磷矿浆对SO2脱硫效率影响,结果表明矿粉用微波辐照后,吸收效率高于原矿粉,其吸收容量也有较大提高,有利于矿浆液相催化氧化吸收SO2的进行。

【Abstract】 Phosphoric ore pulp is a wonderful desulfurization absorbent. Desulfurization efficiency can increase after phosphoric ore powder is heated by microwave. In the present work, the effect of absorption efficiency before and after microwave heats phosphoric ore powder on SO2 is studied. It is demonstrated that absorption efficiency of phosphoric ore powder heated by microwave is higher than original one, and absorption capability also greatly advances. It is very beneficial for phosphoric ore pulp absorbing SO2 through microwave heats phosphoric ore powder.
