锡铁山铅锌矿原生电位调控浮选研究
The Experimental Study on Xitieshan Lead-Zinc Sulfide Minerals by Originpotential Flotation Technology
【摘要】 运用原生电位调控浮选技术对锡铁山铅锌矿石进行了系统地浮选试验研究,在最佳矿浆电位和pH值条件下,工业试验指标较同期原流程生产指标提高铅精矿品位5·42%、铅回收率1·83%、锌回收率2·39%节约浮选药剂费用2·85元/t矿石,节省电耗4·57kW·h/t矿石。
【Abstract】 The experimental study of Xitieshan’s minerals and ores was systematically carried out by using originpotential flotation technology. Compared with the previous technique, results of 5.42 percentage increased in lead concentrate grade, 1.83 percentage increased in lead recovery and 2.39 percentage increased in zinc recovery were achieved under the best pulp potential and pH value, Additionally, 2.85 Yuan/t ores in flotation reagent cost was economized and 4.57 kW·h/t ores energy was reduced.
