改进SA算法在推求含水层参数中的应用
Application of Modified Simulated Annealing to Parameter Estimation of Aquifer
【摘要】 从函数优化问题的角度出发,采用模拟退火算法对抽水试验资料进行分析,推求符合实际含水层特性的水力参数。并针对模拟退火算法收敛速度慢的缺点,采取了增加约束条件、设置内阀值和记忆功能等措施,以提高标准模拟退火法的收敛速度。实例分析结果表明,该方法在推求含水层参数中是可行的,且无需长时间的抽水试验资料,求解过程在计算机上完成,省时高效。同时,结合实例的结果分析并给出了影响SA算法收敛速度的几个因素。
【Abstract】 Based on the function optimization the data from the pumping tests are analyzed by using the simulated annealing algorithm,and the hydraulic parameters that correspond to the actual properties of aquifer are estimated.In view of the shortcoming of the slow convergence in the standard simulated annealing,some strategies such as adding supplement constraint to the variables,setting up inner valve value and adding memory function in inner loops are taken to improve the convergence of the algorithm.The analysis on the engineering data shows that the improved simulated annealing algorithm is an efficient and reliable method to estimate the hydraulic parameters of the confined aquifer from shorter duration of pumping-test data,and the procedure can be performed on a computer.Several factors to influence the convergence of the algorithm are analyzed.
