【Abstract】 The construction of underground pipeline network information system is rapidly improved now, but the level of supervision remains low and unchanged. This paper analyses the main problem currently existed in supervision of underground pipeline information system construction, and demonstrates the importance of the study on this subject based on knowledge rule.
