工程项目管理公司服务内容及工作程序探讨
Study on the Service Contents and Working Processes of the Project Management Company
【摘要】 结合国际工程项目管理要求,针对我国项目管理实际情况,提出一套比较完整的项目管理公司的服务内容和工作程序。
【Abstract】 According to the requirements of international project management and the practice of Chinese project management, a suit of detailed service contents and working processes of the project management company were put forward in this paper. [
