砾石作业面牵引机械履带履刺高度分析

【摘要】 为获得较大的牵引力,推土机采用单根履带板,履刺较高,而挖掘机采用3根、矮刺的履带板形式。单、高刺形式的履带板在粘性土壤上,可有效地提高其牵引附着性能。然而其它地面条件,如:沙石、碎石、中型石块地面等条件下进行作业时,单、高履刺对附着性能的影响,对履带板的磨损尚无明确的分析结论。在此种作业面下,单、高刺履带板往往易发生板面弯曲、履刺折断等问题。结合常规推土机支重轮半刚性连接的特点,经分析,得出的结论是:使用此种形式的履带板得不偿失。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve higher traction, single track shoe with high grouser is adopted for bulldozers. While track shoes with three short grouser are adopted for excavators. Single shoe with high grouser can effectively increase traction and adhesive performance on sticky soil. But for the operations on other earth conditions, such as sand stone, gravels or middle-sized stones and etc., the influence of single shoe with high grouser on adhesive performance and the shoe’s wear are not clearly defined. Under these conditions, problems of twisted shoes or broken grousers often occur. In association with the semi-rigid connection of track rollers of conventional bulldozers, the analysis concluded that the use of single shoe with high grouser is not worth the candle.
