牵引-制动型液力变矩器流场分析
An Analysis on Flow Field in Hydraulic Torque Converter of Drive/Brake Type
【摘要】 利用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术对新型液力变矩器内部三维流场进行数值分析。根据变矩器内部流场的特点提出一定的假设,以牵引-制动型液力变矩器为基础,通过三维模型得到工作液体的控制体,利用有限元分析软件CFX计算变矩器内部流场,得出牵引和制动工况流场的分布特点,使一维束流理论的设计方法得到完善和改进,是进一步提高液力变矩器性能的基础。
【Abstract】 A digital analysis is conducted on the 3D flow field inside a new type of raulic torque converter with the technology of CFD. An assumption is suggested according to the characteristics of flow field inside torque converter. On the basis of drive/brake type hydraulic torque converter, a controlling body of the work fluid is obtained through a 3D model. The flow field inside torque converter is calculated with finite analysis software CFX. The distribution characters of flow field under drive and brake conditions are derived. This perfects and improves the design method of 1D fluid theory and provides a basis to further improve the performance of hydraulic torque converter.
