工程机械四轮转向控制系统研究
Research on 4-wheel Steering Control System of Construction Machinery
【摘要】 介绍以微控制器为主控制器的工程机械控制系统在硬件、软件设计等方面应采取的抗干扰措施及可靠性设计方法。根据四轮转向系统对转向的要求,比较单片机、PLC及DSP的优缺点,选择TMS320LF2407DSP作为主控制器,设计了用于低速大功率驱动车辆四轮转向控制器,通过室内试验与四轮转向模拟试验台试验,证明该系统能够保证转向过程中两侧车轮间的偏转关系,控制系统稳定,控制参数准确。
【Abstract】 Anti-interference measures that should be adopted and reliability design m ethods in hardware and software design of control system of construction machinery wit h micro-controller as main controller are described. The advantages and disadvan tages of single chip computer, PLC and DSP are compared according to steering re quirements of 4-wheel steering system and TMS320LF2407 DSP is selected as main c ontroller. A 4-wheel steering controller for low-speed, high-power driven vehicl es is designed. Through indoor tests and 4-wheel steering simulation test bench test, it is proven that the system is capable to ensure the deviation relationsh ip between the both side wheels. And the system also features excellent stabilit y and accuracy.
