基于效度的Biodata测量构思和开发操作机制
Validity - Based Biodata Measure Constructs and Development & Operation Mechanism
【摘要】 从Biodam的特征出发讨论了Biodata的测量构思及基于构思的测量思路。根据工具的实际开发和应用目的,指出基于效度的Biodata量表开发应考虑的六个重要属性。针对Biodata实际应用过程中普遍存在的欺骗现象,探讨了可能的解决途径。
【Abstract】 Starting from the characteristics of Biodata,this paper discusses measure constructs and construct-based measure methods. This paper points out six important attributes in developing the validity-based Biodata scale in terms of its development and application. This paper also puts forward the possible approaches to the overcoming of some common faking phenomena in its practical use.
