振动冲击夯虚拟样机的建模与仿真
Modeling and simulating of vibration-impact rammer
【摘要】 提出了运用虚拟样机技术研究振动冲击夯动力学特性的策略,详细介绍了使用Pro/E、ADAMS和ANSYS联合建立振动冲击夯模型和仿真的方法.结果表明利用虚拟样机技术可以方便、全面地研究振动冲击夯的动力学特性,为合理选择设计参数提供依据.
【Abstract】 A strategy for researching into the dynamics characteristics of vibration-impact rammer by using virtual prototyping techniques is presented in the paper. A method combining Pro/E,automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems(ADAMS) and ANSYS to create the model of vibration-impact rammer and carry out the simulation is introduced in details. The results show that using virtual prototyping techniques can conveniently study about the dynamics characteristics of vibration-impact rammer in details. The results can be used in the design of vibration-impact rammer.
