测井资料质量控制与评价
QUALITY CONTROL AND EVALUATION OF WELL LOGGING DATA
【摘要】 测井质量控制对于提高测井资料质量和解释的可靠性十分重要。对于测井的施工与仪器操作,测井行业规范中都有很详细的说明,但对于测井曲线的质量评价测井标准中叙述得过于粗略,而且国内大多数测井公司只对重复测井曲线质量做定性的评价,很少进行定量评价。所以我们需要把国内外各测井公司的质量评价方法进行对比分析,形成一套完整合理的测井质量控制与评价方法。本文阐述了测井仪器的刻度原理以及各种仪器刻度的容差,着重分析并改进了常规的测井重复误差计算方法,然后对斯伦贝谢公司的重复误差计算方法进行了说明与应用。结果表明斯伦贝谢公司提出的“重复性指标必须是一个随测量范围变化的函数”和重复段整体评价方法比较适合实际的需要。
【Abstract】 Quality control is very important for enhancing logging data and interpretation in well logging. There are specific introductions on well logging work and operation of instruments in well logging industry criteria, but no specific illumination on evaluation of repeatability of logs. Most of the well logging companies estimated repeatability of logs by experience; they gave some qualitative evaluation, but little quantitative evaluation. So it is necessary to analyze and conclude the evaluation methods provided by different logging companies, and then form an integrated and reasonable quality control and evaluation system of well logging. This paper described the principle of logging calibration and the error limits of logging calibration, analyzed and improved the routine calculations of repeatability and then tested the repetitive calculations provided by Schlumberger Company. The results indicated that the theory that evaluation standards of repeatability must be a function varying with the measurement value was more useful, and evaluation way of the whole repetitive segment provided by Schlumberger Company was very useful too. In practice, the two methods were both convenient and effective for the quantitative evaluation of logs’ repeatability.
