【摘要】 目的　探讨UCP2可能参与子宫内膜蜕膜化和胚胎着床的作用。方法　应用Westernblot检测了 2 3例子宫内膜和 7例早孕蜕膜UCP2表达的周期性变化。结果　子宫内膜组织内存在UCP2蛋白的表达 ,分泌期子宫内膜UCP2的表达明显高于增殖期子宫内膜 ,并且早孕蜕膜组织内UCP2蛋白的表达增加明显。结论　UCP2可能在参与子宫内膜蜕膜化过程 ,并在胚胎着床调节中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of uncoupling protein 2(UCP2) in endometrium and its possible role in pregnancy. Methods Western blot was used to detect the changes of UCP2 in the endometrium of 23 patients and decidual of 7 patients. Results UCP2 was expressed in the endometrium. The expression of UCP2 during the secretory period was significantly higher than that of the proliferative period. The increased in the decidual. Conclusion UCP2 may participate in the decidualization of endometrium and play an important role in the regulation of embryo embeding.更多还原
