【摘要】 目的　探讨Galectin - 3在胃癌组织及其转移淋巴结中表达的临床意义。方法　采用S -P免疫组化法检测Galectin - 3在 6 4例胃癌组织中的表达情况 ,并对胃癌标本进行系统性病理学检查和分析。结果　正常胃黏膜组织中Galectin - 3阳性表达率为 2 3 79% ,高、中和低分化的胃癌组织中Galectin - 3阳性表达率分别为6 2 91% ,6 9 83%和 6 3 2 6 % ,淋巴结转移灶中的Galectin - 3表达率为 5 6 2 0 % ;Galectin - 3在高、中、低分化胃癌组织的平均吸光度分别为 0 1713± 0 0 2 15 ,0 1873± 0 0 313和 0 2 5 38± 0 12 16 ,均与正常组织差异有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论　Galectin - 3在胃癌组织中表达率高 ,与胃癌细胞的转移、浸润、生长和黏附有关 ,是预测胃癌转移的一个较有价值的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Galectin-3 in gastric cancer tissues and its lymphatic metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to examine Galectin-3 expression in 64 primary gastric cancer tissues. Results A weak staining of galetin-3 was observed in normal tissue with a positive rate of 23.79%. Positive rate of galectin-3 expression in well, moderately and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma tissues was 62.91%, 69.83% and 63.26% respectively. The average absorbence of well, moderately and poorly differentiated gastric cancer tissue was 0.1713 ± 0.0215 , 0.1873 ± 0.0313 and 0.2538 ± 0.1216 respctively. Conclusion Stronger expression of galectin-3 occurs in gastric cancer tissues. Galectin-3 may be a useful tumor marker for gastric carcinomas with respects to tumor metastasis, proliferation, cancer progression, and tumor cell adhesion.更多还原
