【摘要】 长春花生物碱是目前应用较广的抗肿瘤类药物之一,然而,因其在植物体内含量甚微而影响其市场化。本文首先简要地介绍了长春花的起源,生长习性及其药用价值与作用机理,然后较为详尽地对上世纪80年代以来,长春花体内生物碱的提取及细胞工程、遗传工程、化学合成和生物合成长春花生物碱等方面作了较为全面的综述。最后,对长春花生物碱的前景作了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The alkaloids extracted from Catharanthus roseus are broadly used as one of anti-tumor drugs at present, but they do not meet the requirement of market because of the limiting content in Catharanthus roseus. The origin, growth habit and drug value, mechanism of Catharanthus roseus is briefly introduced, the alkaloids extraction, tissue culture, cell engineering, genetic engineering, chemosynthesis and biosynthesis of Catharanthus roseus are summarized in detail and the beautiful future of alkaloids extracted from Catharanthus roseus is prospected in the paper.更多还原
