三种杀虫剂抑制棉蚜传播黄瓜花叶病毒的作用

【摘要】 选取3种常用杀虫剂氯氰菊酯0.45 mg/mL、吡嗪酮0.2 mg/mL、吡虫啉0.3 mg/mL,用于研究对棉蚜传毒抑制效果的影响,同时还测定了杀虫剂的毒杀作用。结果表明,氯氰菊酯对杀蚜和抑制传播CMV都有作用。此外,相比于其它2种杀虫剂,吡嗪酮更能高效抑制CMV的传播。

【Abstract】 Three aphicides, Cypermethrin 0.45mg/mL, Pymetrozine 0.2mg/mL, Imidacloprid 0.3mg/mL, were used in the research on the inhibition effects in preventing the CMV transmission by Aphis gossypii. The toxicity effects of these insecticides on aphids were also studied. The results showed that Cypermethrin could not only significantly increased the death mortality of aphids, but also significantly decreased the CMV transmission. Moreover, compared with the other two pesticides, Pymetrozine was found to be a more efficient pesticide for inhibiting CMV transmission.
