运用AMMI模型分析甘蓝型黄籽油菜不同基因型种子含油量的稳定性

【摘要】 将AMMI模型应用于甘蓝型黄籽油菜 8个基因型的种子含油量稳定性研究,结果表明:该模型可应用于非区试资料品质性状的稳定性分析,且优于传统的回归模型分析法;利用对应分析图可以直观评价各基因型的稳定性和适应环境;g6 (GH06)是供试材料中含油量最高,且相对最具稳定性的基因型,有很好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The stability of oil content of eight yellow-seed rape (Brassica napus L.) genotypes are investigatedby using the additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model. The results show that the model can be used to evaluate the (quality) stability of non-regional trail lines, which is better than traditional regression analysis. The correspondent analysis chart can directly evaluate the quality stability and environmental adaptability of different genotypes. g6(GH06) with the highest oil content in tested lines has the relative quality stability, which shows that this genotype is of good utilization prospect.
