生物法处理宝钢冷轧含铬废水的研究进展

【摘要】 对宝钢冷轧部几个点的含铬废水中污染物成分进行了取样分析,介绍了用生物法处理各种宝钢冷轧含铬废水的实验室研究的结果、机理和现场中试的进展。研究结果表明,用生物法处理钢铁厂冷轧含铬废水,比传统的化学法对环境保护和提高企业竞争力有更大的优越性,总铬、六价铬去除率可达99%以上,处理后水中总铬低于1.5mg/L,六价铬低于0.5mg/L。

【Abstract】 The composition of chromate containing waste water from cold rolling plants of Baosteel was analyzed. The test result and mechanism of microbiological removal of chromium chromate containing waste water and results of pilot test are introduced. The results showed that the microbiological treatment is superior to conventional chemical treatment in terms of environmental protection and effectiveness. The removal rate of total chromium and hexavalent chromium can reach 99% and the concentration of total chromium is lower than 1.5 mg/L, hexavalent chromium concentration is lower than 0.5 mg/L in the waste water after treatment.
