中厚板层流冷却温度控制模型的自学习
Self-study of Temperature Control Model for Plate Laminar Cooling
【摘要】 对中厚板层流冷却过程的对流换热系数采用自学习修正计算,提高温度控制模型的精度。通过对层流冷却后钢板表面的实测温度和计算温度进行处理,得到该钢板对流换热系数的修正系数。对最近冷却钢板的对流换热系数的修正系数进行加权平均处理,得到下一块钢板对流换热系数的学习值。采用自学习算法后,模型的控制精度提高了12%。
【Abstract】 Self-study of heat transfer coefficient was adopted to improve the precision of temperature control model for plate laminar cooling process. By processing measured and calculated temperature, the modification coefficient of the current plate’s heat transfer coefficient and self-study value of the next plate’s heat transfer coefficient are obtained by weighted average of the modification coefficient. The model control precision has been increased 12%,since the arithmetic of self-study adopted.
