高效高炉低燃料比、大喷煤比的研究
Discussion on Low Fuel Rate and High PCI Rate of Blast Furnace Operation
【摘要】 论述了我国高炉喷煤的发展现状 ,高效高炉的发展趋势是低燃料比、大喷煤量 ,在 5 0 0 kg/ t燃料比下喷煤比的目标是 2 30~ 30 0 kg/ t,部分高炉已形成焦炭和煤粉的消耗几乎相等的新的并列燃料结构。我国的高炉均应大力提高喷煤比 ,逐步改善煤粉和焦炭消耗比例。通过提高改善炉料结构、改进焦炭和喷吹煤粉的质量、提高热风温度、富氧、确保高炉稳定顺行等措施 ,高炉提高喷煤比均有很大的潜力。
【Abstract】 Thepresent development of PCI technologies on l arge BF in China is in troduced. The development target is low fuel and high PCI rate, if the fuel ra t e is 500 kg/t,the target of PCI rate should be 230—300 kg/t. Some blast furnac es h ave formed a new parallel fuel structure that the consumption of coal is nearly equal to that of coke. It is necessary to raise the PCI rate, increase the rati o of coke to coal consumption.By applying the technologies such as improving bu r den composition, coke and coal quality, increasing blast temperature, oxygen enr ichment, ensuring stabilization and smooth operation, there is a big potential t o raising the PCI rate in China.
