分子标记技术在杂交小麦研究中的应用
Application of Molecular Markers in Hybrid Wheat
【摘要】 杂交小麦的研究相对于水稻、玉米等作物来说仍处于初级阶段,生物技术的出现对杂交小麦的研究起了很大的推动作用,尤其是分子标记技术的迅速发展,更是为杂交小麦的研究提供了巨大的潜力。分子标记技术依靠提供准确、稳定可靠的DNA水平的遗传标记,在杂交小麦育种研究中已用于构建遗传图谱、标定和定位恢复基因和育性相关基因、探寻杂种优势的机理和细胞质雄性不育(CMS)机理及分子标记辅助选育等方面,为杂交小麦的研究提供了理论基础。本文针对小麦杂种优势利用研究的现状,综述了分子标记技术在各方面的应用进展,提出了目前存在的问题,并讨论了分子标记技术在杂交小麦研究中的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The studies of hybrid wheat compared with rice and maize are still at t he primary stage. The biotechnology impulsed hybrid wheat studying greatly, espe cially the molecular markers have a great efficient application on hybrid wheat for its rapid development. The molecular marker techniques have many advantages such as exact results and stability. It can also provide genetic markers which a re based on DNA level. The molecular marker techniques are used in construction of wheat genetic maps, studies on the mechanism of heterosis and cytoplasmic mal e sterility, wheat molecular marker-assisted selection and so on. This paper rev iewed molecular marker techniques those are used in hybrid wheat studying, analy sed present problem and discussed research prospect.
