【Abstract】 The university’s core competence is combining all kinds of skills with running mechanism,is the composition of force with competence and advantage,is to gradually acumulate and build by particular way in teaching and research at long-term.The local university must concentrates the advantage to develop the brand course and sets up own’s brand;builds the personnel training mode combination the advantage of mainland and area;creates inside mechanism of management suiting oneself though strongly integrating the internal resources.Only doing these,the local university can upgrade the key competitiveness at the right time,and establishes an unassailable position in the lasting competition.更多还原
