FRP加固砌体拉拔力与纤维布应变关系的试验研究

【摘要】 完成了12个双剪试件在剪切状态下纤维布加固砌体的拉拔试验,描述了纤维布加固砌体的破坏形 态,分析了拉拔力与纤维布应变关系,讨论了纤维布与砌体的有效粘结长度.试验结果表明:纤维片材与砌 体的粘结破坏主要是由于砌体自身强度不足而引起沿粘结面剪切破坏后形成的剥离破坏;加载端部测点应 变随着荷载的增加成线性增长.随测点与加载端的距离增加,拉拔力与纤维布应变关系曲线,前期刚度变 大,而后期刚度变小;CFRP试件拉拔力极限值大于GFRP试件,砂浆强度对GFRP试件拉拔力与纤维布应变 关系曲线影响较小,砂浆强度低的试件应变大;本试验条件下纤维布与砌体的有效粘结长度90 mm.

【Abstract】 This paper presents an experimental research which contains 12 double - shear specimens under pulling force. Firstly, failure mode of the specimens is described. Then, the relationship of strain in FRP sheet versus pulling force is analyzed. Finally, the effective bond length between FRP sheet and masonry is discussed. From the test results, it can be concluded that the failure of bond between FRP sheet and masonry is mainly due to the relatively low strength of masonry, which leads to the ultimate peeling off of bond interface. The strain in FRP sheet, which is near the end of applied load, increases linearly along with increase of load. With the increase of distance between measuring location and the end of applied load, the stiffness, which is obtained from curves of pulling force versus strain in FRP sheet, increases formerly while decreases later. The ultimate data of pulling force obtained through CFRP specimen is larger than that obtained through GFRP specimen. The strength of mortar has little effect on the curve of pulling force versus strain in FRP sheet. The strain in the FRP sheet, which is bonded to the specimen containing relatively low strength mortar, appears larger. The effective bond length obtained through this test equal to 90 mm.
