【Abstract】 This experiment determined minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimal fungicidal concentration (MFC), and the diameter of the inhibition zone of distillated bamboo-acid to 6 kinds of fungus (Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Aspergillus fumigatus, Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton gypseum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes). And compared the inhibition effect to the commonly used anti-fungal drugs (fluconazole, cetoconazole). The results show that distillated bamboo-acid has obvious anti-fungal actions in vitro.更多还原
