FBD型CO高变催化剂耐硫性能的研究
Study of the sulfur resistant character of FBD high-temperature shift catalyst
【摘要】 通过对FBD型、B112型CO高变催化剂进行H2S中毒、恢复的活性比较,发现FBD型CO高变催化剂具有低温活性好、耐硫性能强的特点.采用扫描电镜、BET、红外光声光谱技术进行深入研究,结果表明:FBD型CO高变催化剂添加的耐硫助剂提高了催化剂比表面积、孔容,并且能优先与H2S结合,屏蔽催化剂中Fe3O4的Fe2+活性位与H2S作用,从而提高了催化剂的耐硫性能.
【Abstract】 The activity of FBD and B112 high-temperature shift catalysts in the process of H2S poisoning and regeneration have been investigated. The results show that FBD catalyst has higher activity in low temperature and better sulfur resistance. SEM、 BET and FTIR-PAS analysis reveal that the good sulfur resistant character is contributed to added sulfur resistant dose in catalyst, which improves BET specific surface area and pore volume, combines with H2S in priority, and shield the action between H2S and Fe2+ active site of Fe3O4.
