从废催化剂中湿法回收Mo和Co的工艺研究

【摘要】 研究从含Mo和Co的废催化剂中回收Mo以及从提Mo后的Co渣中提取Co的工艺方法.探索焙烧、除杂、沉Mo和沉Co等工序的技术条件,分析影响Mo和Co浸出率的各个因素,确定合理的回收工艺及工艺条件.结果表明,废催化剂粒度0.154mm,焙烧温度750℃,焙烧时间2h,液固比3∶1,浸取时间4h,浸取温度90℃为碱浸取回收Mo较佳条件,浸取率达95%以上;二步酸解法能有效浸出Co,浸取率达85%以上.

【Abstract】 The method and process which aimed to recover both the molybdenum and the cobalt from spent catalyst were introduced in this paper. The procedures for recovery and separation of molybdenum and cobalt, such as roasting, impurity removing, molybdenum leaching and cobalt leaching etc. were studied, and various factors which affect the leaching rate of molybdenum and cobalt were discussed. Finally, a reasonable recovery method and technological conditions were reported. The results show that the better conditions of molybdenum leaching using alkai are as follows: catalyzer granularity(0.154?mm), baking temperature(750?℃), ratio of liquid and solid(3∶1), lixiviate time(4?h), leaching temperature(90?℃), and that the corresponding leaching rate reaches over 95%. Recovering cobalt in two steps using acid improve the lixiviate effect, and high leaching rates(more than 85%) of cobalt will be obatined.
