【Abstract】 Hollow yarn can be made by dissolving the PVA core of core-spun yarn with PVA filament/staple for core and cotton fiber for sheath. Fabric made of such hollow yarn has many favorable properties. The article introduces a technology for producing hollow yarn: first producing core-spun yarn on conventional ring spinning machine and then obtaining hollow yarn through PVA-removing treatment. The air permeability and thickness of hollow yarn fabric are tested and analyzed.更多还原
