【Abstract】 High-count tropical yarn-dyed fabrics are currently popular on market. But there are certain difficulties in the design and production of such fabric. Based on the characteris- tics of the geometric structure of the fabric, the specification design and weave design of such fabric are discussed in this article. By analyzing the production process, the article also discusses the major problems demanding solutions during weaving CVC yarn-dyed fabric on air-jet loom and relevant measures for improving fabric quality and weaving efficiency.更多还原
