纤维导湿改性的进展及其新产品开发

【摘要】 导湿排汗纤维及其织物因能合理解决合成纤维疏水性与棉纤维保水性的缺陷,倍受消费者青睐。文章综述了对纤维导湿性能的各种物理改性和化学改性方法,介绍了这些方法的最新研究进展及其国际上新近推出的导湿纤维与面料。文章还讨论了不同织造方法对织物导湿性能的影响,并分析了目前世界上几种著名产品的导湿效果。

【Abstract】 Fibers and fabric with good moisture conductivity and perspiration permeability have gained popularity, because they offer rational solution for overcoming the shortages resulted from the hydrophobic property of synthetic fibers and water inhibition of cotton fiber. The article introduces some physical and chemical modification methods for endowing fiber with moisture conductivity, the latest development of these methods and some new moisture-conductive fibers and fabric recently introduced to the world market. The influence of different weaving styles on the moisture conductivity of fabric is also discussed and the moisture conductivity of some commercial products analyzed.
